How It Works....

Credits

  • Credits load on the 1st of each month

  • Can be used on any service or retail

  • Credits stay active as long as you receive a service at least once every 6 months

  • If no services are received within 6 months, unused credits expire

  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable

Billing

  • Billed monthly to the card on file

  • If a payment fails, the system retries for 7 days

  • After 7 days, we’ll reach out to update your card or pause/cancel
    the membership

  • We waive all past-due charges — no back-billing

Pause/Cancel

  • You can pause or cancel anytime through your BLVD online portal

  • No fees or penalties

  • Paused memberships don’t accumulate new credits

Fair Use Policy

  • Memberships must remain active for at least 2 consecutive months before discounted extension hair can be purchased

  • If canceled earlier, extension hair will be charged at full price

Members receive first contact when appointments become available due to cancellations.This is not a guaranteed appointment, but members are

always notified first.
